BG Room offers a free downloadable backgammon software, 24/7 support and wide selection of deposit/withdrawal options. The interface is very easy to use and the graphics is super realistic and rather fetching. On the downside, the BG Room homepage is still full of bugs and many of the links are broken. Comparing to other online backgammon rooms, the traffic is a bit thin and the competition is not something to write home about.
