Since online game cheats is nothing but a well kept secret, game developers and anti cheating softwares are constantly struggling to prevent cheats and maintain a fair playing environment. However, it may take some time before cheats would completely distinct from the internet gaming surroundings.  

Game developers take in account that some cheats (like collusion for example) are inevitable and their committers are harder to track. Persistent cheaters would squeeze the most of their hacking skills to subdue those anti cheat systems. Additionally, by allowing anti cheating software to scan one's computer, their private information is in risk.
