Twin City Backgammon ClubTwin City Backgammon Club (TCBC) is the most veteran backgammon club in Minneapolis, holding weekly tournaments for over 30 years. TCBC also hosts the Minnesota Open Backgammon Championship events, part of the American Backgammon Tour.
The atmosphere in Twin City Backgammon Club is very warm and friendly. Backgammon beginners can be always instructed by the veteran members of the backgammon club. Players' first tournament is always free, but from the second tournament and on, each tournament entrant has to donate $10 to the side pool.
Twin City Backgammon Club meetings take place every Thursday night at the front dining room of The Little Wagon, a local Minnesotan restaurant. The number of participants is usually between 12 and 20. The conditions of the tournaments change according to the number of players.
